Professionally, I am an advertising/marketing/creative designer/technical project manager/ and overall data and analytics strategy consultant. I am that guy who can transcend the lines between business, creative, development, and analytic personalities.
I graduated from Michigan State with a BA in Advertising and a minor in Public Relations and also attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where I studied Architecture and Design. My professional responsibilities have ranged from managing emerging web and mobile platforms globally, consulting on global analytics within mulitple marketing/advertising/analytic channels and technologies, and implementing new and emerging technological mechanisms to deliver effective messaging and return rates on marketing and avertising campaigns.
I have worked for companies like Young and Rubicam, Wunderman, Campbell-Ewald, Avenue A Razorfish, Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, Kraft, Vera Bradley, Meijer, Goodyear, Lumber Liquidators, Whirlpool, BMW, Porsche, General Motors, Chrysler, and multiple entrepreneurial endeavors.
I specialize in digital marketing including website and application development, platform development, content creation, analytic data analysis, and strategical technology implementation. I am especially knowledgeable in the areas of creative and technical web management processes and change control, creative/technical project management models, web development project resourcing, online creative and online trafficking, email marketing, web metrics and analytics, application integration, content management systems, event management platforms, and eCommerce solutions. I also have traditional print and broadcast advertising experience and I am a self taught web/graphic designer and photographer.
I am a hobbiest “jack-of-all-trades” with interests in photography, art and design, woodworking, real estate, architecture, industrial design, fabrication, cars & motorcycles, emerging web-related technologies, e-commerce, mobile technologies and the “internet of things”. But above all these things, I most enjoy spending time with my son.
